Lost or Delayed Packages

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we are happy to assist you in locating a delayed package, The AristoPins is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
